faruzanPrivacy Policy

This page describes what we collect when you use faruzan and how we keep that data protected. We at faruzan take your privacy seriously. When you register an account, deposit via DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank transfer, or place bets on Liga 1, Piala AFF, or other markets, we collect personal information necessary to operate the platform securely and comply with local law.

Our privacy policy covers what data faruzan gathers, how we use it, who may access it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. We explain our use of cookies, your ability to request data deletion, and how to contact us about privacy concerns. This document applies to all faruzan users, regardless of location, as long as access is lawful in your jurisdiction.

We undertake to protect your information using encryption, secure servers, and restricted access. This policy is transparent about our practices. If you have questions after reading, our support team is available via the contact channels listed at the end of this document.

Data We Collect on faruzan

We collect personal data in several categories. During account registration, we request your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. These details are mandatory to create your faruzan account. We also collect your national identification number (e.g., KTP for Indonesian users) during identity verification (KYC), which is required before you can deposit large amounts or withdraw funds.

When you deposit money on faruzan, we collect payment details — your bank account number or e-wallet identifier (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment account), payment method, and transaction amount. We do not store full credit card numbers; payment processors handle card data separately using encrypted connections. We maintain records of all deposits and withdrawals for your account history and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations.

We also collect data about your activity on faruzan. Every bet you place, every game session, every login, and every balance change is logged with timestamps. This activity log helps us detect fraudulent behavior, resolve disputes, and provide you with an auditable record of your account. We collect your IP address and device information (browser type, operating system) for security purposes.

How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data for four main purposes. First, we operate faruzan — creating your account, processing deposits and withdrawals, settling bets, and providing customer support. Second, we verify your identity (KYC) to comply with local law and prevent fraud. Third, we analyze activity patterns to detect unauthorized access, money laundering, or other security threats. Fourth, we use your email and phone to send account notifications (login alerts, deposit confirmations, bet results) and comply with regulatory reporting requirements.

We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing. We do not use your data to profile you for targeted advertising outside faruzan. If we change how we use your data, we will notify you via email before any change takes effect.

Data note: We may share your data with payment processors (banks, e-wallet providers like e-wallet and mobile banking) and regulatory authorities if required by law. We never share your betting history or account balance with marketers.

Data Storage and Security

We store faruzan account data on servers located outside Indonesia. Our servers are encrypted using TLS (Transport Layer Security) and HTTPS protocols. Access to your data is restricted to faruzan staff who need it to operate the platform or comply with law. We implement two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account to prevent unauthorized login.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active, plus a minimum of five years after closure for regulatory compliance and dispute resolution. After five years, we delete personal information unless legal holds or audit requirements mandate longer storage. Activity logs are retained longer (up to seven years) to support regulatory investigations if needed.

Cookies and Tracking

We use cookies on faruzan to remember your login session, store your preferred language, and track which pages you visit within our platform. Cookies are small text files stored on your device; they allow faruzan to provide a seamless experience across page visits. We use first-party cookies only — we do not permit third-party advertisers to place tracking cookies on faruzan.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but doing so may break some faruzan functionality (e.g., staying logged in). We do not honor "do not track" signals because faruzan requires basic activity logging for security and account management.

Your Rights on faruzan

We recognize your rights to access, correct, and delete your personal data. You can request a copy of all data faruzan holds about you by contacting our support team. We will provide it within 10 business days. You may also request corrections to your name, address, or phone number by logging into your account and updating your profile, or by contacting support for fields you cannot edit yourself.

You have the right to request deletion of your account and associated personal data. If you submit a deletion request, we will close your account, refund any balance, and delete personal information after five years (as required by law for regulatory audit). During the five-year retention period, we will not use your data except to comply with legal obligations.

Your privacy is your right. We at faruzan give you control over your data and transparency about how we handle it.

Cross-Border Data Transfer

Our faruzan servers are located outside Indonesia. By creating an account, you consent to transfer of your personal data to these international servers. We apply the same security standards everywhere — encryption, access controls, and audit trails. If you reside in a jurisdiction with strict data-localization requirements, verify that cross-border transfer is lawful before using faruzan.

Third-Party Processors

We engage third parties to process data on our behalf. Payment processors (banks, local payment, online payment, e-wallet networks) handle financial transactions. Email service providers send notifications. Analytics tools may track user engagement patterns. Each processor has signed a data-processing agreement requiring them to protect your data and use it only for the specified purpose. We do not share data with processors for their own marketing or commercial use.

Our Commitments and Contact

We at faruzan commit to protecting your privacy and responding transparently to data requests. If you believe we have misused your data, or if you experience a data breach, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority or gaming regulator. We encourage you to contact us first so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.

To request access to your data, report a privacy concern, or ask questions about this policy, contact our support team via email (listed in your account help section) or phone (provided on our contact page). Include "privacy" in your subject line. We aim to respond within five to ten business days. For urgent matters, mark your message as urgent and we will prioritize it.

This privacy policy was last updated in May 2026 and applies to all faruzan users in supported jurisdictions. We may update this policy without notice if required by law. Material changes (e.g., new data uses, longer retention) will be communicated via email to all active accounts. We encourage you to review this page periodically to stay informed.
